BREAKING NEWS: John Meredith III has officially reclassified to the Class of 2026 following the UIL Executive Committee’s controversial decision to deny his appeal for eligibility at North Crowley for the 2026–27 UIL 6A football season.

The reclassification allows Meredith to move forward and he is now expected to suit up this August for the Texas Longhorns.
